✅ Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required.

🔁 Exchange & Replacement

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item from our side.
